Friday, November 7

• 12:00–15:00 – Welcome tea & registration

• 12:30 onward – Free time to rest, explore the surroundings, or enjoy the spa (hot springs pools, sauna, jacuzzi, massage)

• 16:30 – Sunset walk & beach hot spring bathing

• 18:00 – Dinner at a local taverna (fresh, delicious Greek cuisine)

• 20:00 – Full Moon Crystal Session

 

Saturday, November 8

• 08:15 – Breathwalking, gentle movement & morning hot spring bathing

• 09:30 – Breakfast

• 10:30 – Free time

• 12:30 – Yoga class

• 14:00 – Spa & massage time

• 15:45 – Nature hike

• 17:00 – Sunset thermal bathing on the beach

• 18:15 – Dinner

• 20:00 – Meditative Movement Practice

 

Sunday, November 9

• 08:15 – Breathwalking, gentle movement & morning hot spring bathing

• 09:30 – Breakfast

• 10:30 – Free time

• 11:30 – Yoga class

• 13:15 – Optional excursion or rest time

• 17:00 – Sunset thermal bathing

• 18:15 – Dinner

• 20:00 – Breathwork & Sound Healing Session

 

Monday, November 10

• 08:15 – Breathwalking, gentle movement & hot spring bathing

• 09:30 – Breakfast

• 12:00 – Check-out
